What we collect and why

Newsletter sign-up. We ask for your first name and email address. We use them to send you our cafe newsletter.

Contact form. We ask for the reason you are writing (general, complaint, catering, employment, or other), your name, email, phone number, and your message. We use this to answer you. The form sends you a receipt by email.

Job application form (/join-our-team). We ask for your name, email, mailing address, phone number, the position you want, up to four past employers with their name, dates, your position, and their phone, which locations you can work at, and whether you can work evenings, weekends, or full time. We use this to consider your application. The form does not take resume uploads.

Website visits. Google tools on this site collect information about how you use it. See "Cookies" below.

We do not take card payments on this website. Card numbers are entered on Toast's ordering pages or in the Toast app.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages only as long as we need them to answer you or to consider your application. Toast and Google keep data under their own policies, linked below.

Betty Suite hosts this website and its files.

Google Business Profile chat

We may add a Google Business Profile chat agent that answers questions about our cafes. It is not live on this website yet. When it is, Google runs it under Google's own terms and privacy policy, linked above. If a chat is passed to our staff, our staff will see the messages you already sent in that chat.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site does not set its own cookies. Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies to count visits, see which pages people use, and measure our ads. Google Tag Manager loads those tools on the page.
