Great food starts long before it reaches the kitchen.
That's why we source ingredients like Faroe Islands salmon, 100% grass-fed beef, organic chicken, organic eggs, ceremonial-grade matcha, premium produce, and mineral-rich sea salt.
Our roots in fresh produce distribution have given us decades of experience selecting exceptional fruits and vegetables, and that knowledge continues to guide every purchase we make.
We prepare fresh peanut butter in-house using real roasted peanuts. Many of our sauces and dressings are made with Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise, creating rich flavor with cleaner ingredients.
And unlike most restaurants, we cook exclusively with extra virgin olive oil and other carefully selected premium oils—never seed oils.
