Where it all began.
Long before healthy eating was a trend, Living Green Cafe was learning where great food really begins. It started with one tomato truck. That truck grew into a produce distribution network supplying “some of the best-run” restaurant kitchens from South Miami to Palm Beach. We didn’t just buy quality ingredients we were the source. Most restaurants start with a recipe; we started with the produce, and that’s where we learned a principle we still hold to: great food is built long before it reaches the plate, and there are no shortcuts. 14 years and four locations later, that same standard still defines everything we do.

We love coffee!
Being coffee lovers ourselves (borderline addicts) we have traveled the four corners of the earth in search for ideas, coffee profiles, cultural habits and coffee making procedures. From New York, to Tokyo, to hidden gems in Italy we sipped our way through countless cups to deliver the experience you get here with us at Living Green. There were many contesters and initially we set our eyes on Segafredo (which is still a favorite and top tier coffee), until one fine morning, a customer visiting from overseas suggested we try PURO Coffee.
